“Netjes en schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Er stonden verse eitjes, vers gebakken brood, melk en een flesje prossecco klaar. Dat was erg fijn. Naast ons huisje werd een nieuwe woning gebouwd, naar daar hebben wij helemaal geen last van gehad en was ons van te voren gemeld. Buiten veel ruimte voor de hond en een prachtig bos om te wandelen.Gloucester is vlakbij. Heeft een prachtige, hondvriendelijk abdij die je kan bezoeken en de Cotswold is sowieso prachtig. Zeker aan te raden.”

“Very comfortable, well equipped accommodation in a lovely setting. Warm welcome from our hosts who were very friendly and helpful. Moat house pub serving good food within a few minutes walk was a definite bonus. Nice location for visiting Stratford upon Avon and lots of attractions around the area. Would definitely stay again.”

“Spent a wonderful 3 nights at Alderley house with friends. House very well equipped, plenty of crockery , glasses etc. Very comfortable living room and lovely and warm . Bedrooms amazing, large and all en suite. Spotlessly clean throughout. Location very good , 10 -15 min walk to Bourton high street . Can recommend Birdland ! Hope to stay here again. Thank you Margaret for the goodies !!”

“The charming lodge lakeside property was located overlooking Isis lake across an open grassed area. Ground floor faced south west looking through full glass windows with double French doors straight across lake. Lodge was well laid out with fully set up kitchen. Plenty of room for the 2 of us. We enjoyed walking the several lakes within the fully fenced / gated community and using the rear locked gate to walk into South Cerney for corner shops, chippy, coffee shop and several good pubs. Will……

“A massive thank you for a wonderful weekend. We have been coming to the lake for 15 years now, returning year after year for the incredible wakeboarding. Our children now have the bug and will no doubt continue to return for many years to come to wakeboard with Sam and the team. Having stayed at this house and many others on the lake, this one is without a doubt our favourite. The extra space and the lovely hot tub really set it apart. Our only comment this time would be how incredibly hot……
