When I booked a room online and I paid the rent for one night my name my phone number my email address details provided then what is the reason the staff want my bank card number and details that’s why I’m not feeling safe to stay in windsor motel and I didn’t checked in why the staff insisted on phone to provide them my bank card details

The room tariffs reflect the state of the property and it's need of attention not unlike all property in Windsor sadly. The foreign (owners) and staff very pleasant and seem very humble I would say in their expectations themselves. I would not recommend any OS traveller as they may be let down. Maintenance is poor, hair dryer didn’t work and furnishings old. We upgraded when we saw reviews on the budget rooms thank goodness. Linen clean was at least a plus.

The chap at reception was surly. The bed was worn out and had the wood frame and old foam rubber showing through the fabric on the base. They must be worried about losing teaspoons because there was only two wooden sticks for cutlery. Yea tray was dirty. Needs some friendly staff and a refit.

The front wouldn't open without a forced push. Bathroom was filthy, mould and white soap scum build up around shower. The bathroom door didn’t close, the door was not aligned to the door frame. Walls must be very thin between rooms as i could hear conversations next door. Wifi was rubbish. Would NOT recommend or the $100 charge for the night. Man at reception was rude, didn't give a crap about my feedback.

The room was clean and tidy. Went to take a shower at 5pm and there was no hot water. The room beside was noisy, vulgar languauge, and general larakins until around 3am. There was no reception, you have to cross the road and collect key from another motels reception.

Room 6 and 21 where smelly very bad.I was staying in room 6 and my worker in 21 horrible don't they have health inspection how can Sri Lanka's owners run business like that

The room stank of stale smoke, the large shelf over the sink in the bathroom was filthy and hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time…the place had minimum effort in maintenance and cleaning…whatever I paid, was to much…and he had a cheek to ask for a $50 refundable deposit for the key and tv remote!!!

Old part of motel directly opposite better part, and up steep flight of stairs . Next room had visitors all night talking loud and slamming doors. Advise enquire about room before booking.
