Somewhat disappointed with my stay. Friendly staff did assist when needed so that was good. Room and bed were comfortable. Bathroom however had permanent spots on tub and toilet and toilet would not stop running which was very loud. Thermostat didn't seem to stay at what it was set at but was able to keep room fairly cool. Wish TV had proper guide with what's on and not just the channels. Was also hoping for DVD player in TV but didn't have that. Maybe more music channels too would be nice. Other thing was that I didn't always feel very safe going to and from parade as you have to take old elevator and long hallway and a few stairs with luggage to get into hotel. My flight was in late evening, so seemed a bit sketchy. I came back too late one night and parkade access to hotel was locked so was nervous walking way around on street at night back to front doors. Also wasn't aware that parking was an extra $15/day. Hotel also advertised pool/whirlpool but quite disappointed with that too - just super tiny room in basement. Anyway, good service and fairly clean, but probably wouldn't stay again.
