Very nice reasonably-priced hotel. Location is just off of I-40 and near a major mall (Hanes Mall). Very clean and the breakfast had both hot and cold items. Staff were great. Plenty of food options within walking distance or a short drive. Also, across from the mall, with all kinds of shopping options, if you wish. The entrance is a little tricky, but keep an eye out near the ground for the entrance sign - the hotel is easily seen from the road, so once you enter the driveway, it's easy. I would definitely stay here again.

What botherd us was that when I booked it the price said $100.00 including taxes and fees. Well when I went to pay it they now charged an extra $2.00 to be collected at the hotel. The price was now $106.plus cents not $100.00. I am not going to get poor because the extra money. But it is wrong so I will never go back. When I checked out in the morning the man at the front desk went over to the juice machine to turn it off. There was a customer who stood with her cup to take juice and he stretched out his arm in front of her and turned it off. He did not say a word yes it was after breakfast was over at 9 am. Why is breakfast over at 9 am? That man did not say good bye or thank you like everyone else At hotels. Breakfast personnel not very pleasant either. I guess management is not that great and it reflects On the personnel there is nothing wrong with the hotel. It was clean I just just don’t want to give my money to undeserving people. That man in the front desk should not work in a customer service environment. Breakfast was the same as most places nowadays. I was happy they had waffles and scrambled eggs. Coffee was good. No bed bugs. bed was comfortable
