“Basically it is a motel and charging like a high end hotel. I stayed with family for one night. Unfortunately, bath tub is not draining and toilet flush not working. I have booked Expedia and shared my reviews with them. Expedia contacted property and property declined the refund request. However, when I spoke with front desk they said if Expedia contacted property and us, then they would have give some refund but later they declined. Paid $206 plus tax for motel like hotel. They don’t have……

“This was the worst 'hotel' experience we have ever had. This was the only place with vacancies since we were coming to watch a triathlon in nearby Augusta and everywhere else was filled. Just to double check our confirmation, I called on our way and the person at the desk was extremely rude and actually hung up on me.
