“Wonderful location , close to bevard that has a great small town feel with art and music abound. Also outside downtown is typical stores for easy shops of groceries even Addis . There is easy access to wonderful Mtn roads. We enjoyed going to amazing waterfalls, so many great path ways that can keep you off the blue ridge park way on peak weekends for the most part. Host was great , house was larger then I expected , well equipped and in a quiet neighborhood. Streaming tv , board games and……

“The staff was welcoming, friendly and genuinely helpful. The breakfast was good but there was only one worker and she couldn't keep up. It wasn't her fault, they were just understaffed. Overall, a very nice place and I would definitely stay there again.”

“There was no lake view. I guess because of the drought. The place was a lot smaller than I thought. Looked bigger online. Ants everywhere. Dining room table very sticky, washed it several times and still very sticky. But overall we had a nice stay. There were no mosquitoes bc there was no pond so we sat outside and enjoyed the weather for the most part.”

“Hilda’s Hideaway was the perfect getaway for our 4th of July weekend. The cabin is cozy and a great spot to enjoy all activities in the area. The cabin was very clean and included everything needed for our weekend. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the loft with the king bed. It was very comfortable. “This place is beautiful! The host Jim, thought of every small detail for guests. The view is even better in person, as well as the accommodations. I agree with other guests that the beds are super comfortable. What a unique property! We enjoyed every minute!”

“My daughter's apartment in Asheville was made unlivable by Hurricane Helene. Monika worked with us to rent the property for a month while my daughter got back on her feet. Her regular local check-ins with my daughter helped us all through a tough situation.”

“The main inn is charming. The bunkhouse is a different story, and the gap between the two is wide enough that I felt misled by the photos used to sell the property. The room is tiny. Just know a king bed takes up almost all of the floor space, and the only other furniture are small nightstands, a luggage rack, a folding chair, and a closet with a curtain instead of a door. There is no room to unpack or move around comfortably. The dark green paint and trim look moody in photos, but in person……

“This is a. Older home with updates. The kitchrn Is an awesome remodel. Only has a large couch which was Comfortable the rest of furniture are wood chairs. The bed was too soft for us. Very nice and quiet neighborhood and the house was clean. Would recommend this place for a short stay. Large back porch and screened in fence for dogs. Big refrigerator too with ice maker. Kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. There is a carport to park in and 2 comfy chairs on front porch. Large TV also……

“Our trip to Lake Toxaway Falls was very enjoyable. We have been traveling for over 30 years and think the location and view from this condo is among the best we have seen in all our travels. The pictures on VRBO are very accurate. There is a beautiful view of the falls from the deck! The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. Loved the fact that there was a TV in each bedroom as well as in the living area. We have Verizon phone service, which was spotty in the mountains, but……
