“This home is very outdated, the one tv was so small you could barely see from the futon couch. The home had a mold like smell that was just awful. ”

“Great communication. Outside patio was dirty, house was not. Minor cosmetic repairs need to be made. All in all a pleasant place. Coffee bar was a big plus.”

“Wonderful place and very dog friendly. I highly recommend this for a family with kids. The living room has been converted as a terrific game room, and the family room offers lots of seating and a big TV. Several bedrooms on this level too. The sofas were a bit worn, but if you have kids and pets you might not mind. Upstairs the spacious main bedroom has an adjacent room with a bed for the younger kids who you may not want separated from you.The water/marsh view wasn't what we had hoped for, but……

“Cute house”

“Overall, it was a good experience. There were a few things in the room that needed some maintenance, and had that maintenance been done, it would have improved the experience. I thought it was a little tacky that they charge a resort fee per day, but it doesn't give you access to anything unique that other hotels already offer without charging a resort fee. And I was a little offended that I was expected to remove my trash out of my room when I checked out.”

“Housing provider was extremely hospitable and ensured that everything was perfect and comfortable. Would for sure re-book in the future!”

“We loved the stay. It was clean and private. Loved the stairs. Loved the Chickens and most of all the pool was great!! It has an outside fire pit great for s'more. Full kitchen. And fully stacked bathroom.. Thanks for the great stay.”

“Cozy, charming and conveniently located to downtown. Dogs loved the backyard. We would definitely stay on our next visit.”

“Perfect little place to stay. Seemed a little sketchy at first. But after the first night that feeling went away. It was simplistic and had everything you needed for the little time you will actually spend there. ”

“Great night at Duck's Cabin. Cozy little cabin on the St. Mary's River, water all around, clean, quiet, and a perfect size for two. The BBQ grill came in handy, and Ashley was responsive with smooth check-in. We'd happily come back!”

“This vacation house is very much false advertisement, when we pulled up. The grass was uncut pretty much as high as my knees. There was a dog kennel on the side of the house in 100° weather, which is absolutely horrible. The backyard had bushes growing up the house covering the back door and the walkway, it says in the description that you get the whole entire house with your party, but that’s not true. You share the house with 2 to 3 other people that are renting the house or actually living……

“It was disappointing. We booked a month and would have left sooner if we hadn’t paid. Unfortunately the bathroom fixtures needed repair and should have been looked after before we arrived, not during our stay. I am glad she did finally listen and have the tap replaced. The oven did not work in the stove and needed a repair man. That too was fixed The fridge needs to be replaced and has a leaking problem. The screened in porch needs screening repair. Only three dining chairs for a four guest……

“Loved the home and property. 5 of us stayed and we had had plenty of room and enjoyed hanging out in the dining/living room together. We plan to be back and will stay here again. Great location”

“Everything was fantastic at this property!!!”

“Lovely apartment close to downtown Brunswick. Looking forward to our next visit!”

“This place was perfect for my family. We chose this location because it was pet friendly. It had ample area for them to play outside in the fenced yard. The host, Banks Van Pelt, was extremely helpful from start to finish. Communication was always professional and extremely friendly. St. Marys is my old stomping grounds and where I was raised. To have the opportunity to bring my children and grandchildren to celebrate the 4th of July there was remarkably memorable and this home was perfect for……
