"Communication from owner was clear, friendly and helpful. Property is fairly quiet, with lovely sitting room and log burner. Master bedroom was nice with plenty of space around the bed and openable windows to get the temperature right."

"Very nice quaint cottage everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bed very comfy. The only downside for me was the very steep narrow stairs but were manageable. The owner was very nice and helpful lovely breakfast basket left in the kitchen with bacon eggs tomatoes bread butter and milk. A fire made in the grate just needed lighting. "We were blessed with great weather and that served to enhance our stay. As Grandparents we occupied the pool house. This meant we had a peaceful haven at night away from the main house, but could join in the fun during the day time when family gathered around the Pool. "The Cottage is a perfect choice if you want clean, quiet, and private accommodations that are walking distance to the Sudbury shops, to the meadows, and to public transportation. "Comfortable and clean studio set in pretty and quiet garden. Near to Bressingham steam museum and garden centre ..both worth a visit. Studio had everything needed for a quiet break away from it all. Owners Terry and Anne made us feel very welcome. Would recommend "
