Very helpful ladies at the front desk at check in. Room was clean, and bed was very comfortable. Was really surprised (and pleased) to see the complimentary bottles of water restocked every day, too! Also really nice staff at the bar if you want a drink during your stay. Definitely a good value place ...

Lack of staff at reception for check-in. I checked in and being asked to obtain a credit card, when I am getting in, someone come to ask to solve a problem. I have been waiting patiently for few mins but not solved yet. And I drive the car out to wander around the site for another 20 mins and return. ...

Breakfast menu was good, although half the lights in our villa were unable to be turned on. However, staff were very clear and we were helped instantly after the car was parked. Beds are also very comfy and the room was clean.
