"This was my second time at this hotel. Everyone was super kind and the room was clean and large. I only wish it had an electric outlet right between the two beds to make charging easier while sleeping. Other than that, would totally recommend this place! "

"Staff are friendly and helpful. The room service food was amazing!! Best I have ever had we had the ribeye 2x in a row with there fried chicken and fries meal. Room comes with a couple free beverages. Be prepared to bring your own toothbrush and do paint as they are not complementary nor do they offer any disposable amenities like hello love I’m writing a review about the hotel."

"The hotel is in a very convenient and easy-to-find location. It’s right near Sigil Station on Line 5 — just take Exit 3, walk straight, then turn left, and you’ll see the hotel at the intersection. The breakfast was also quite good, especially the Korean-style options, which were very tasty. However, there were a few downsides. I was traveling alone and was only given one small pillow, which was not very comfortable. I had to go to the front desk to request an extra one. The bedroom itself is quite small, which wasn’t a big issue, but the refrigerator is placed very close to the bed and makes a lot of noise, which affected my sleep."

"Stayed overnight waiting on a an early morning flight. Did not sample the restaurant but it looked totally acceptable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was a bit small but was clean and the king sized bed was comfortable. Attached to the hotel was a small convenience store where my wife and I purchased a couple of instant noodles. All in all the hotel fit our needs perfectly."

"The hotel room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was very nice (spacious and modern). The staff were very helpful and courteous. The location has many restaurants and stores around it, walking distance. The Eunseo subway station is right across the street, an easy access to ICN airport. The hotel also offers free shuttle service to the airport (not from). Overall it was a wonderful experience and would definitely stay again. "

"Coin laundry available on my floor (5th floor) 5000 won to wash and 5000 won to dry. Detergent 500 won. All buttons are translated into English. Staff was amazing kind and professional "
