All of the staff were extremely helpful and very polite throughout our stay. The building and the location speak’s for themselves with stunning scenery and wonderful architecture. Our room was spotless with modern fixtures and fittings. The Spar facilities had recently opened, had been completely refurbished, and were all to a very high standard and very enjoyable. I would say the only slight negative was that some areas of the house were slightly chilly, which is to be expected this time of year and because of the property's size and age. Would I go back again? 100% yes I couldn't fault our stay. P.S. I forgot to mention the most important thing the food, all I can say it was amazing and compliments to the Chef.

Great hotel with fantastic food and staff. Rooms was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Time between ordering food and it being served was a slight issue at breakfast (30 minutes seemed excessive for beans and poached eggs) but was just about worth the wait. Only one car charging station working wasn’t ideal either but will definitely be back.

Just beautiful

Our stay was nothing short of amazing. Everything in the hotel was beautiful. The staff were so friendly and polite and couldn't do enough for us. The room we stayed in was breathtaking with gorgeous garden views. Outside our room we had a library with an honesty bar. It was magnificent.
