Lovely condo on ground floor just around the corner from condo community pool which is not always heated in the winter. Full kitchen, one bathroom with bathtub and the other with a shower. Completely furnished. Free cable and WiFi. Each bedroom has a tv, a queen size bed and several chests of drawers and large closets. There is a stackable washer and dryer on site. The kitchen is fully furnished with toaster, blender, dishes, microwave, frig, etc. and a nice electric range. The dining table has 6 chairs. The hosts were both really great and their communication was spot on too. We locked ourselves out and I felt so bad to have to interrupt them from their lives but they were wonderful about it and we made sure to not make that mistake again--I felt so bad. Rental was very well equipped with everything you can imagine. The neighbors are quiet and all that we encounted were nice. Parking was excellent and we always felt safe. The location was perfect for us and we just fell in love with the rental and the Yuma area. The reservation experience could not have been easier and the owners were so helpful and even met us at check in to show us the condo and complex. Highly recommended! I really couldn’t have asked for a better introduction into the VRBO and temporary stay world. The space was ideally suited for our 11 day stay. I particularly enjoyed watching the Roadrunners speedily gallop across the golf course out our sliding glass door. But, the real “cherry-on-the-top” for us, was the next-level friendliness and accommodating hospitality of our hosts. They even helped me find an overnight spot for our U-Haul when I was in a bind! Check-in on the spot and check out equally as simple. Not a lot of to do's for checkout. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. The bathrooms and bedrooms have plenty of sheets and towels.
