“Comfy bed and great shower in my room! Cozy and quiet room with no issues or interruptions. I had a very relaxing time. Pool area was busy but staff still gave great attention to guests. Buffet was very nice. Thank you! ”

“I wished they had a microwave in the room. Also I did not like the hanging hooks and towel racks. They are sooo high. I almost fell trying to retrieve a towel. Please try to lower it. Think of us short people. Thank you in advance.”

“I would not recommend anyone to stay at Kuwait Palace Hotel. Everything is run down and the amenities are close to none. You would expect at an apartment with a kitchen to have more than 2 plates, 2 forks, one knife and one spoon. I had to buy everything in order to use the one plate hub. There is no dish rack. The first night there was a flood in the bathroom which I had to insist several times to get fixed the next day. I could not take a shower as there was not enough running water for 2……

“Everyone in the hotel is super friendly. I would like to thank everyone, especially the lady at reception for allowing us to check in early and upgrading our room. She is a very kind and helpfu lady. Thanks to the Nepali and Indian staffs at the hotel who were amazingly friendly and hospitable to us. The hotel is very clean and the location is great too. The free breakfast buffet was great. I will definitely stay in this hotel again in the future whenever I visit Kuwait.”
