Floor-to-ceiling windows and balcony doors to the 2 roof terraces provide wonderful views of the island and the backwaters from the living room and kitchen. Both apartments have the identical floor plan, only mirrored. Furnishing, decoration, but above all the architectural design of our studio apartment with its bevels, dormers and open roof rooms offer luxury and "ambiance". Both apartments have living and dining room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and 2 south-facing roof terraces. Floor-to-ceiling windows and balcony doors to the 2 roof terraces provide wonderful views of the island and the backwaters from the living room and kitchen. To the north are the bedroom and the large bathroom with washing machine, bathtub and window. Guests can take advantage of complimentary broadband Internet access via WLAN. This is a voluntary additional service on our part, so no services mentioned in the legal sense travel property of the apartment. Rent reduction can therefore not be made in case of failure of the system or parts thereof or even a router; Children's playground on the property of the condominium; Toddler equipment (travel cot + high chair) is available by appointment; 1 parking space for each apartment for 1 car in the basement garage of the residential complex; Pets are unfortunately not allowed in the apartment; Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
