“The place was great - but it was VERY STRESSFUL to figure out the parking. They sent us a link on google maps, but there was no sign to say that it belonged to the hotel, in fact, there were signs saying it belonged to other people! We tried to call the contact number they gave us, but no one answered. We called twice and sent several texts with questions. They were not looked at till the next day when it was WAY too late. It is a very busy part of town and parking is stressful to find. They……

“The room was spacious, actually it was very big in every way, bathroom, hallway with kitchen amenities and bedroom, very happy with the size. The only problem was how to find it, Google map sent driver to a nearby street, we had to ask many people and sent multiple messages to hotel to find it. Also, there was no elevator, the staff helped us carry the luggage up. Other than that, the location and convenience were excellent, we loved it very much.
I just hope they could put some kitchen towel……
