We stayed here the night before an early flight out. It was n8ce because it was so close to the airport. The TV in our first room didnt work, so after 30 minutes of trying to fix it thwy switched us rooms. We had 3 people, so used the pullout in the rooms. Both of them were very uncomfortable and we traded spots throguhtout the night to try and share good sleep. That part sucked.

We like this place. The room was very clean, receptionists were very polite. We arrived early and they prepared room and checked in us as soon as possible and professionally. Location is very convienen, close to station, stores. Highly recommended.

It’s very close to the train station which makes it convenient but it also makes it noisy. The rooms were big and clean with modern decorations and a big bathroom. The staff was very friendly. There is no air conditioning in the rooms but you can request a fan which makes it acceptably cool

Clean and attractive property a 30-second walk from a stop for the bus to the airport (no hotel shuttle). There's no air conditioning, but mitigated somewhat by the fact that room windows open (note, though, that the area can be a little loud). Overall a good choice for convenience to the airport and there are several restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. Hotel restaurant was closed the night we were there; so I'm unable to review it. Hotel breakfast is just okay by European hotel beakfast standards (still better than American).

The price/vaue equation for this hotel is very high. It's located one block from the train to the Zurich HB (central train stain) and is about 10 minutes from the airport. Clean, spacious, easy to jump in and out of downtown and very reasonably priced. Comfy beds, decent breakfast. Great choice!

We stayed at this hotel on our first and last night of a 3 week trip to Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Italy and bact to Switzerland. It was convenient two and from the airport, nice breakfast buffet and bar. The restaurant served traditional food but felt a little overpriced, but you pay for convenience. Room was very clean and funny enough we stayed in that same room twice. Within a few minutes walk you had restaurants, shopping, just needed to cross under the rail line. The area around the hotel was quiet, felt safe and was a short 10 min trip from the airport from the connected bus terminal. It's a bit further from old town but public transportation is a breeze. The desk staff were quite nice and helpful with our early transportation needs. Would recommend.

This hotel was the nicest hotel in Switzerland that we stayed at during our latest trip. The staff was wonderful and the room was fantastic. It is located near the airport for convenience; however, that means it is by the train tracks which was the only downside.

Disappointed, the hotel was lovely and the facilities were brilliant. However, it was a real disappointment when I checked out and then found I had been billed for my stay when this was already paid in advance. I am now having to battle to get this refunded due to staff incompetence - a real shame and ruined the experience
