Welcome to your ideal home away from home! This luxurious and modern 110m2 loft-style apartment is perfect for two people or two couples, offering a comfortable and stylish living space.
The apartment features two bedrooms – one with a queen-sized bed (160cm x 200cm) and a spacious wardrobe, and the other with a cozy queen size sofa bed. With high ceilings and an abundance of natural light, this well-insulated space creates an inviting atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen boasts a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, stove, dishwasher, pots, and pans, providing everything you need to feel at home. Enjoy high-speed WIFI and a 55-inch HDTV with cable TV for your entertainment.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including two large balcony’s (outdoor covered areas).
Explore the vibrant neighbourhood with convenient shopping options and public transport nearby. Letzipark shopping centre, featuring Coop (groceries), electronics, clothing, organic supermarket, pharmacy and more. Furthermore, a fish market and an amazing liquor store named Figee Fine Goods are very close by. The location is also close to various international offices and a delightful swimming area, just a 10-minute walk away. Rest assured, the neighbourhood is safe for walking day or night, with quiet neighbours and a strict no-party policy.
For easy commuting, the Altstetten train station is a 5-minute walk, and bus 31 (to and from Zurich Centre main train station & Bahnhofstrasse) is just 2 minutes away.
House rules ensure a pleasant stay:
- No smoking inside; please use the balcony.
- No shoes inside (slippers provided).
- Leave the apartment in the same state you found it.
- Respect personal belongings and neighbours; no loud music or parties.
- Please feel free to use kitchen herbs and spices for cooking however the rest of the contents are for private use only.
- Stay fit using the available cross trainer, yoga mat, and weights.
- Use the iRobot vacuum cleaner by pressing the clean button before leaving.
Remember to leave the apartment tidy with no dirty dishes, food or trash lying around. Please close the trash bag and place it on the balcony outside the apartment door.
