Totally unacceptable experience. We were locked out of our our own room immediately after check in. Had to leave and find another Hotel after only an hour due to ZERO staff on the premises

Disappointed. The entire building has an odour of Asian restaurant. I like Asian food, but do not like when the smell is ever present everywhere. There is also a constant smell of cigarette smoke, both of these seem to come from the part of the building with more permanent tenants. There was also a sewage smell coming out of the shower. Extremely basic apartment style hotel. The most frustrating part for me was getting waken up at 1:00am by teenagers having a party in a nearby room and the corridor just outside my room. Called the number provided for urgent matters several times but nobody was answering and I would get disconnected every time. The small difference in price with other traditional airport hotels nearby is not worth it. Spend an extra 10-15 euros and avoid the frustration.

Even though i like the automated check in but, the room was not clean. The no smoking signs are everywhere but the room smell was awful. People smoke inside? TV channels were all scrambled.
