“Goed”

“The room was nicely decorated and very clean with a nice new bathroom. It overlooks a church … whose bells ring very often. I now understand why there are earplugs in the room! The cleaning staff found a lot to laugh and talk loudly about in the morning… but every sound can be heard in the bedrooms. So between the church bells and the cleaners’ chatter I was woken up a bit early. The town is pretty and I had a nice stay. The woman at reception was very helpful. (Thank you)”

“Bijzondere akomdatie, heel sfeervol.”

“found a chip under the bed and it was still there after two days.”

“Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. ”

“Oké”

“Mooi ingerichte kamer, fijne bedden, erg goed ontbijt en aardige mensen.”

“Was prima, maar stroom viel uit en werd niet opgelost. Her en der een spin. Wel fijn bed!”

“Het unieke is de ‘ personal touch’ die was in alle opzichten aanwezig!”

“Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. decoration like prison, high window, dark grey walls, feel depressed, heating doesn’t work, freezing nights, and the reception doesn’t care about that. Nobody helps. Most funny thing: APP says washing machine/facility supported, but I can’t use it, I ask then why do you advertise it if you don’t want customers use, they replied: why don’t you call us and check if you can use it before check in? Can you believe that answer! ”

“I booked and fully prepaid for 2 rooms at MarCant B.V. in the Netherlands through Expedia well in advance. When we arrived at the property, the front desk told us they were completely fully booked and refused to check us in or offer any solution. When I contacted Expedia support, they claimed it was "subject to the hotel," completely ignoring the fact that my financial transaction was directly with Expedia, not the hotel. Here is the current situation: The Hotel (MarCant B.V.): Completely……

“Net verblijf, zeer vriendelijk personeel. Eenvoudige maar nette kamer. Prima service”

“Goed hotel, gezellig, sfeervol restaurant/bar. De kamers waren een beetje gedateerd en konden een kleine likje verf gebruiken. Vriendelijk personeel, De prijs kwaliteitsverhouding van het ontbijt kan beter.”

“Vi har boet på de Zwaan mange gange. Men dette var første gang efter renoveringen. Super flot restaurant med lækker mad👍”
