“For the price the hotel was good. I had a room on the top floor with a view of the lake. The bathroom was clean, but as usual, Asian style with no barrier between the shower and toilet. But that's not unusual. Breakfast was good. Lots of food and a decent coffee maker. Location good not far from restaurants and the lake for a stroll. ”

“The hotel refused the check-in. I booked the hotel for 1 night for my friend. My friend is 18 years old and she had no problem check in other hotels before. But this time the Sabuy Best Hotel refused her check in and said it was because she was not 19 years old yet ( she was 18 at the time) with a very rude and angry voice to my friend. “The room was clean but that is about all. Bed was jiggly. The bathroom was so tiny the door to the room was a joke. It was like a flimsy closet door any one could have broke through. Very over priced for what you received. Breakfast in the morning was okay. 2eggs 2 sausage and toast ”

“First the pro - the idea of this resort, individual villas, is good. Now the cons: - The staff had no idea that I was arriving. After 20 minutes of inaction and repeated study of my booking receipt (on my iPhone), they said they would take 15 minutes to make up my room (confirmed by Max on the phone as the more expensive Deluxe Villa). 30 minutes later, they tried to put me in a Superior Villa. Reluctantly, after my insistence that I had booked the Deluxe Villa, they said they needed 15……

“Sviitti järvinäköalalla on loistava. Mukava sänky ja hyvin toimiva suihku. Parvekkeelta upea näköala järvelle. Olemme yöpyneet sviitissä jo kolmesti. Kävelymatkan päässä kaksi hyvää illallisravintolaa (so good ja miame seafood). 7-eleven ei ole kovin lähellä, mutta ei haittaa jos on oma kulkuväline käytettävissä”

“When we arrived, we did not realize that they had discontinued the elephant encounter. The owner / manager was so kind that he accommodated us with another elephant in excursion and transportation free of charge. The staff was super friendly and their rooms were excellent. I highly recommend this for a romantic getaway.”
