“Room was clean and staff was nice. Food pretty good. The shower turns scalding hot for a few seconds often, like when someone flushed a toilet in the old days. No walkability to restaurants or really anything. In a very industrial area. The A/C was great. And they have a game room with ping pong, pool table, foosball, and chess/checkers. The game equipment is kinda old. My queen bed room was $20/night. Definitely a steal compared to US rates, but you get a little less. ”

“I have been asked to pay for 19% tax of total bill I have already paid on expedia (that incuded normally the tax and everything)
I dont know if I should blame expedia or them.
Seems there is a tax exemption for tourists in colombia when you have a package. Package definition is loose though. Expedia should know better.”

“We went to the port on a Tuesday afternoon and it was easy to find the staff. They also communicate by WhatsApp. The boat rides went fine.
The staff at the resort were very friendly and helpful.
If you want a second cup of coffee during the breakfast, you'll have to flag the staff down.
The hotel room was good and we liked the bed.
Lots of beach loungers with shade available during the midweek.
