“We only stayed for one night, but the experience was smooth and comfortable. The staff on arrival were welcoming and clearly explained everything we needed to know. After a long, delayed flight, the bar staff served us some much-needed drinks, which were good quality and very much appreciated.

“The staffs were very friendly and helpful. They helped us pre-booked the taxi for several trips and responded to our requests very quickly. The air con in our one-bedroom suite was strong enough during the super hot days in Prishtina. The daily cleaning of the room was high standard.
