“Rocio was such a great host. Made us feel very welcome and was always available for whatever we needed. Offering us coffee and free laundry service were very generous gestures we really appreciated. The views from our room were spectacular. This is a family run business and their attention to detail really shows. We can’t wait to return to this oasis in the mountains.”

“the double standard room is so small that can only put two small beds , because the holidays so i guess that is why the hotel cannt help to change to one kind bed.
the breakfast is so limited ,what is wrose ,i waited 15 minutes for the omelet but someone come later than me can take in advance , the room is clean, the waiter is kind and general environment is good”

“We absolutely adored our stay. We had stayed here before while using Banos as a central hub for our travels, so we were excited to stay here again. We were lucky to have an upgrade to the detached king room, which was beautiful and spacious. Everything at the property is clean and so well kept.
