“The location was great, both for views and for convenience. The facilities were good, onsite parking was easy, and breakfast was delicious. Best of all, our hostess Noreen was cordial, helpful and kind. She wrote out directions to the national park, answered our questions, and had cookies ready for our arrival. “Clean, quiet and comfortable. Dinner at the restaurant was great.
Pool/hot tub looked nice enough but was a little underwhelming. Hot tub was a bit small and crowded and the requirement for a swim cap to use the pool was unexpected. Swim caps were available for purchase but if they're required I rhink that they should be complimentary.
Overall I would say that it was excellent!”

“Very noisy. The hotel hosted a party until 2am that shook the walls of the room. Was told that they do this often and that I should have I known. Not able to sleep.
Also, tv was glitchy, there was a problem with the bathroom plumbing, the thermostat would not work as instructed, and the phone in the room want not able to connect with the front desk.”
