“The room was not as described and when asked if I could get another room the hotel was filled to capacity with other guest. My room was “203” right by the congregating area for other guest so it was hard at times to rest. The room had paint coming off the walls and the walls weren’t up to the ceiling so there was an opening in the walls allowing sound to be heard outside. “Pros: Distance from the airport Kind and friendly staff Restaurant on point Elevator Security There's a car rental office on site but I didn't see anyone so not sure (ask in advance) Cons: Wifi issues, had to sit outside room to get access and even then access was limited. Could not access Google to even fill out immigration form. Pool could not be used, had a lot of algae, wasn't cleaned within my stay. Had to turn the shower on full blast to get warm water. She walks with a cane and they accommodated her by giving us an Ocean view room next to the restaurant to make her stay as comfortable as possible. The food was farm to table and very delicious.
