"Terrible staff, very rude and stubborn"

"The listing says Pamukkale–Hierapolis is a 3‑minute walk, but that wasn’t accurate. It took us nearly 50 minutes to get there on foot. Just something to consider when planning your stay. Breakfast was good."

"Very nice little hotel with an excellent view of the Travetine pools. The owners are extremely helpful and go out of their way to make you feel at home. Tasty and ample breakfast. The rooms are sizeable and well appointed. This is a great place to stay."

"We only had an overnight stay arriving at midnight. The room was terrible - mold everywhere in the bathroom, window wouldn't close facing the main road, and morning staff was rude and unhelpful. Half the breakfast area was plates of jams, cheese and olive. The room was tiny with no night stand or anything inbetween 3 twin beds from wall to wall. Overall a very disappointing stay for the high price we paid."

"I arrived early and the staff was welcoming and friendly and had my room ready. My room had a great view of the Cotton Castle and I saw the balloons launching in the morning hours. Very good location in Pamukkale."

"I stayed just one night with my wife and the hotel gave me a family room that have 3 beds. It's good. The staffs were kind and help us whenever we had an issue for example the electric power converter from 220V to 110 V. We did not bring it so were difficult to use electonic devices.The breakfast When I asked it to the staffs, they gave it and I could use my devices. The breakfast buffet was really good. The location was near to the Pamukcale and they have an owned large self parking lot for self driving guests. Oh... just be careful when you use the shower booth. The floor of bath was fine marble stone and slippery when it was wet. Too high quarlity to the bath.... ^^ Thanks for Venus! v"

"The staff is helpful and flexible. The hotel is located at a quiet spot close to hills with a nice view. The breakfast is top of the line. Everything is served to your table and with a great appearance."

"The floors are heated and appreciated the room was spotless with thoughtful touches nice balcony and the breakfast was the best I’ve had yet here I’m American boyfriend Tunisian yet the guy waited till 11pm to great us carry our bags explained the thermal pools and other places to see. If in the area would recommend! Cozy nook but close to everything and quiet"
