“Pool was not heated so too cold to use….rooms were large, beautifully decorated, and had coffee, free beverages in the frig, great bathroom/shower. We faced the pool area which was noisy at times. Restaurant was another matter!”

“Wow, this Sheraton took their newly designed and built thermal hotel to the next level! It is clear that they designed this hotel with spa lovers in mind. It's huge! It's the biggest spa I've seen in a hotel. - Locker room: Every locker has a bathrobe, sauna towel (peştamal), and regular town. - Health coctail bar: A seperate room where they provided herb, fruit, and vegtable infused drinks to rehydrate nad rest - Thermal pool room: Two thermal pools (one jacuzzi style and one standing for……

“Impressed by the thermal pools and swimming pool. They have Turkish bath, sauna which were free and self served. Of coz you can pay to have someone to serve you bath. Rooms a bit dated but so far clean. Balcony looked at the view were stunning! Near to pammukele site and some restaurants nearby which were tasty. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Pamukkale. The owner is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. Whenever we needed anything, he did his best to find a solution and made us feel well taken care of. The breakfast was generous and delicious, with plenty of choices. We also really enjoyed both the swimming pool and the thermal pool, which were perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Another great advantage is the……

“Clean everywhere, breakfast was basic but very good. It is just that cigarette smell was very strong in both two rooms that we had. But we got used to it and had a very good sleep, thanks to comfy beds.”

“The staff was super, super helpful and accommodating. I cannot stress that enough. I am grateful to them for accommodating us at the last minute. We are travelling from Canada, and we found the facilities to be just "OK" for international standards. For the price, the facilities were tired. STAFF was great.”

“Nice room and they accommodate us to our needs”

“Kahvaltıları tazeydi klıma odayı cok ferahlatiyodu odalari temiz ve cok hijjendi guler yüzlü personelleri vardı cok memnun kaldım”

“Poorly maintained property”
