5/5 - Excellent
Probably my favorite part of Cambodia besides Angkor Wat. Charming city. Tons to do and explore from countryside to water cruises.

Linen / towels have a hint of chemical smell, had to buy my own towel because couldn't stand it. Not sure if it's the washing products, ...

Probably my favorite part of Cambodia besides Angkor Wat. Charming city. Tons to do and explore from countryside to water cruises.
It's a small, quaint little city. Although with the in flux of new investors, the town is rapidly changing.
Botree pepper farm tour great. Don't go in April, too hot!
I did not go into Kampot city, but stayed at the mountain.
Love the Kampot peppers, very tasty and aromatic. The durians are excellent too! Sweet mangosteens, rambutans, and longans, etc...
Kampot has a great vibe. Chill, relaxed place with many restaurants; cafes; fun markets; nearby country side, salt flats, Bokor hill, wats and caves to explore and a great pop-up bakery on the riverside (Nom Tom).
