Staff were wonderful. The property is a bit tired and we had trouble working the tv (manager came to our rescue). Room was cold and the heating wasn’t adequate, however the bonus was electric blankets.

AI is useless
The property was spectacular and delivered exactly what we had expected and more. That is on the owner. When I could break through the AI chatbot that VRBO provides for feedback the owner was responsive and helpful. When I return to this property I will seek out the owner directly and cut out VRBO. ...
