“Stayed one night with family and had a good overall experience. The property was clean, though it hasn’t been recently upgraded. Breakfast buffet was decent. The location is convenient—about 15 minutes from the Gateway Arch in St. Louis and close to I-55—with free parking available. One inconvenience was the room key card repeatedly getting deactivated, requiring multiple trips to the front desk.”

“I booked and paid for a room for my husband for a 1 night stay on 4/18/26. He had traveled 9 hours to get to that destination. Upon reaching the front desk in late afternoon, he presented his driver's license and a card. He said he had a reservation. The front desk clerk said no reservation - almost gleefully. Really put him through the ringer to just check in. He said his wife made it. She kept pointing out things like there wasnt an address or phone number on file. He really didnt know……

“The room was clean, but the air conditioner in the room was really noisy and even when we turned it down it would not cycle off. We had to shut it off completly and then when the room got hot turn it back on. the exhaust fan in the bathroom had a high whine that was very loud. The toliet would not flush and was clogged most of our visit. The desk chair snapped while I was doing work and I landed on the floor hitting my head. My husband took the broken chair to the front desk where the young……

“The bed is very comfortable, but the breakfast is bad.”

“The desk server was on his phone in the parking lot and no where to be found. There was $hit smeared all over the public restroom in the lobby and when we asked if there was another restroom the kids could use and explained the situation the girl at the desk simply said NO thats thebonlynone we have and showed no concern for the cleanliness/ public health hazard of their hotel”

“Our room was nice and clean. Even though the hotel was fairly full, our room was quiet. Breakfast was limited with only breads, cereals, yogurt, juice, and coffee. We stayed for four nights. ”

“One of your breakfast ladies was especially kind and helpful to us. Even tho she was busy, she took time to answer our questions. Her name was Tonya (maybe taylia). Our second morning she came and asked if we needed anything else. She was kind and helped make our stay more enjoyable. ”

“Good hotel for the price, rooms were clean. They served a pretty good breakfast. Few things could use some updating. But again for the price i have no complaints. Staff was very courteous and helpful. ”
