“The hotel location is good if you want to find some free parking space. There are some mosquitoes in the room which surprises us especially during the Christmas time. If they can check the surface of the walls and clean them, the room will be looked nicer. ”

“If you don’t mind stairs this is the place for you. They are in the third floor with no elevator! When we got there no one could help us lug our suitcases up all the stairs. The day we left, the nice young lady working there would have helped us. I was okay with the place as it was walkable into downtown Florence. But my friend has knee issues and had a very hard time with it. ”

“Very easy to get around Florence walking or using public transportation. The front desk person was so nice and he help us with our bags and took that extra mile for us to feel at home very nice experience ”
