“First of all when we reach there they gave our room to someone else and they don’t have room for us after 2 hour they gave us room and room didn’t have curtains bathroom is broke and too dirty no hygiene ”

“The staff are all so lovely and helpful if you need anything. The rooms were amazing. Finding the front door is quite a maze but well worth it when you get there. I really enjoyed and would recommend staying here”

“Negative: 1. Very poor maintenance. 2. Insects crawling out from the bathroom drain hole. 3. The bedsheet & towels are not washed properly. (I have uploaded the picture when I checked in). 4. If you get a balcony room then the sliding doors doesn’t lock. Also you will not be able to sleep until 3am. Because you have a night market. 5. No shower gel or shampoo or soap provided. Positive: 1. Very prime location, just by the Jemma El Fnaa square. 2. Lots of restaurants to choose from. 3. Staff are……

“Un véritable havre de paix aux portes de Marrakech. L’hôtel est magnifique, idéal pour se ressourcer tout en profitant facilement de l’effervescence de la ville. Le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse et met tout en œuvre pour que le séjour soit parfait. La cuisine est également excellente, avec des plats savoureux et de qualité.
