“It was great”

“Clean! Nice room…I booked a king bed and was given a room with 2 queens. The manager was rude and didn’t try to fix it, pretty much said it was our fault because we booked through a 3rd party and it’s not her problem to deal with. She was just very snippy and treated us unkindly. The room was clean and spacious however.”

“NA”

“Very convenient to Ark Encounter. Liked price, breakfast fine, floor could be cleaner, paint chipped off the wall, very nice staff and helpful.”

“good”

“Restaurant can be cleaner. Window view of room 208 is totally blocked. ”

“Staff was very friendly”

“Pleasantly greeted. Wonderful breakfast. Only complaint (if I can call it that) was our room was above pool so it had that distinct smell. But room was spacious, clean and bathroom shower was great.”

“The floor in our room was filthy. I took a wet towel and wiped the floor and the towel turned black. The soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers were empty. The floor would have been softer than the mattress. Trains with horns ran all night. Dogs backed and howled all night. Other than that, it was great.”
