“it was a short conversation when I checked in. The front desk asked for my ID copy and credit card, did not mention other things like breakfast arrangement, nearby restaurant info if we are interested. The breakfast is very basic, even did not have hot oatmeal. Its location is good.”

“The place was run down and not as represented on-line. There was no staff at desk, pool was green, damp / musty smell, odd characters loitering Outside and in lobby. Surrounding area didn't feel comfortable / safe. There was a trailer community up against the hotel property and a closed down business in front of hotel.”

“We stayed at the hotel because we had a weekend wedding in South Kingstown. Everything was great. Room was very clean, staff very friendly and the beds were so comfortable! Breakfast was very good too. And since we had to bring our Shih Tzu, it was also a huge plus that the hotel is pet friendly. We highly recommend the hotel if you plan to stay in the South Kingstown/Narragansett area.”

“A lovely , well run hotel. We were given an effusive welcome with good information given re the area. Our room was very spacious and clean. The bed was huge and comfortable. We enjoyed a swim in the pool by ourselves before check out.”

“It is an old motel but it is updated and clean. Beds are comfortable and the staff friendly and my friends and I love the bar on the beach. Always a great time!”
