“Unfortunately the restaurant was way understaffed for a birthday dinner and ultimately the birthday honoree didn't get their food. The cook recovered the error the next evening which was very much appreciated. Nice staff all around, just the hotel was understaffed. ”

“Check in not good They charged us ( we had already paid through hotel . Com). When we saw this we complained. They said could not do credit but it would automatically credit within 5 days😳”

“Check in was easy, all the employees we encountered were friendly and helpful, our room was clean and the breakfasts were tasty. My only complaints were it was a packed hotel for the weekend and only one elevator worked for 6 floors and the complimentary conditioner provided in our shower was completely empty. Minor inconveniences, otherwise a very good stay! ”
