“The property & accommodations are beautiful. This is a very well run private rental. Clean, comfy, well-equipped, well-appointed. Great communication. We will be back with more time to enjoy the property, but this was a much needed 8-hour getaway for two tired parents 😴 ”

“What a beautiful place! The outside of this historic home was perfectly manicured and the colors of the trees and flowers blooming added to the spring vibes. Brenda was so welcoming and took time when we arrived to tell us some history of the home and the area. She had local menus for dinner options and, knowing that we were there for a weekend of antiquing, had a brochure with all the local spots! Our room was charming, and my the bed was comfy. Breakfast was amazing, too, and we sat with……

“What an amazing place! From the first time I stepped on the porch, it felt like I was right at home. The hospitality was more than excellent. The breakfasts were superb. Everything was clean, comfortable, and you really felt welcome. I will be back for sure. In fact, I will likely stay at a B&B in the future vs a hotel. They offer so much more than a hotel in every way!!! ”

“We were looking for a 3 night stay so we could golf at Olde Homestead and were delighted to find this gem! The property is stunning, the rooms were very comfortable, staff amazing, and the food excellent. The bartender Chris was such a joy to chat with! We will return, it is now our favourite place to stay :)”

“The property was in a good location close to the highway and close to dining options. Target is about a 6 minute ride away. We felt safe and although the highway was extremely close, it was still very quiet. The room was clean and smelled good. Staff was friendly and helpful. ”

“The local contact person was very nice, we had a little hiccup at check-in which they resolved immediately. The place was clean, well-stocked and welcoming. Since the weather wasn't great while we were there, it was nice having a garage to park in. We stayed for a weekend to visit Jim Thorpe and the drive from there to Jim Thorpe was only 16 minutes. We would stay here again. ”
