“We had a two night stay for a combined work and vacation stop in Groningen. This hotel was recommended to us by my local business contact and it was as good as imagined. Outstanding service from the staff, great location in the heart of Groningen and a short walk to all of the nice restaurants and attractions, and comfortable rooms are all part of the offering. The breakfast buffet is on par with most of the European deluxe class hotels. The rooms themselves are of average to slightly smaller……

“This hotel is close to the main market square. There is also a supermarket just opposite to the hotel. Everything is good except that it is a really small room. It is hard to open a big suitcase.”

“Hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and shops. There is limited parking places, but the parking in front of the hotel is free. Breakfast was included and was delicious. They had a nice variety of things to choose from (bread, croissant, yogurt, crackers, fruit, etc). Our room was neat, clean, spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. Our kids slept in a separate room with 2 single beds and desk. Only negative point is drunk and loud people outside our window that kept us……

“Mooi hotel met zeer goede bediening.”

“The location is close to Downtown, Groningen. The room style is quite old and the furniture is also quite old. There was only one window facing the chimney. When the window is open, flies often got in. No lift nor air conditioning. While the temperature was up to over 26, we could only rely on a noisy electric fan. The merits about the room were that the bathroom was spacious and cozy and breakfast was great. ”
