“This is an outstanding property and place to stay near Durango! The accommodations are beautiful and well maintained, and I loved the garden area- even despite the drought it’s so pretty and serene. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious and far exceeded expectations! I will also add, there were some contact difficulties leading up to our stay with Expedia, but the property worked it out for us to stay as planned over the July 4th weekend and honored……

Spiders are expected everywhere. Just something for owners ro be aware of. We loved the fire pit, swings, games, grill access. Al around we give this place 5 stars!”

“At this price point, you need to be able to use the water for a shower or to brush your teeth. The oder made putting the water on you or in your mouth impossible. Had to use bottles of water. The owners use of air fresheners (pine Forrest) especially upstairs was over done the scent was on steroids. ”
