“My room did not look clean prior to entering. I did not have toilet paper and when I asked for hand soap downstairs, I was told they were out. They offered me an extra shampoo to use to wash my hands. I had to get a clean towel from downstairs also. The bathroom looked like it had not been wiped down as my mirrors had water stains and the counter was not cleaned. It looks like the floor hadn’t been vacuumed in a while either. For the quick turnaround trip I did, this was fine. But I won’t be……

“We were there for a Tx Longhorn football game. This hotel was in a great location and very convenient for us. Everyone was super nice and check in and out was super easy. The rooms were comfy and clean.”

“吹き抜けの広がる開放感のある１Fで、部屋はやや古いもの広くて快適でした。朝食は無料ですが、卵焼きやベーコン、フルーツなどかなり充実しており満足度は高いです。また6時から7時半までウェルカムドリンクが毎日無料で１杯飲めるのもいいですね。場所はAustinのダウンタウンから歩いて10分程度の橋の反対側ですので、便利でした。近くに有名なバーベキュー店やワタバーガーも徒歩圏内です。ただし、スーパーやドラッグストアは近くにはありませんでした。”

“Impromptu honeymoon when I flight was diverted to Austin from Dallas then delayed 5 hours. Staff was so friendly and helpful with recommendations. Our first night we ordered room service close to closing but they were super accommodating and even gave us a bottle of wine when they heard what happened. ”

“I liked it ,but made a mistake while booking and didn't realize in parentheses that a cabin room doesn't have a bathroom in the room, but separate shared bathrooms along the hall. They were clean and nice but in the middle of the night if you need to go it's kinda of a pain to have to get dressed just to go to the bathroom. But that was my over look but if you need a room and don't mind it or at least are aware of it lol it's a great room and hotel especially for the price.”
