“客房乾淨”

“Unpleasant experience ”

“Very nice, safe hotel, and extremely close to the subway, which was wonderfully convenient. The staff were kind and very helpful.”

“My shower handle fell off. The room's AC was so old that the room never really got to 68 degrees. The paint was scuffed, chipped, and worn throughout the room. There was black mold along the lower part of the AC unit and in multiple locations in the bathroom. We called maintenance to repair the shower handle and the AC, but there was nothing he could really do. “房間又小又舊的，房間的隔音效果又很差，實在很不建議大家來住。”

“Had to change my room twice due to the lack of cleanliness. One staff member was rude, the others were fine and helpful. Shuttle is VERY convenient. I had to contact Guest Relations to resolve my concerns.”

“Super friendly and helpful staff Knowing that i am very sound sensitive, the staff is willing to change another room away from lift and highway, and provide one at high floor for me But still the noise is quite bad at night, but managed to get some sleep by sticking my head between two pillows There is coffee and muffin in the morning, and a small gym with cable machine, DB and treadmill Close to gas station and bus stop Good price comparing with those in nyc Cant ask for more”

“房間很髒，浴室地板有不屬於我們的頭髮，馬桶也很糟糕”

“便宜CP值高，地段好，乾淨”

“The location of this hotel is great. Transportation and eatery are just around the corner. The front desk staff could have a little smile facing guests. After checking in, lots of guests waiting for the small elevator for a bit too long. The room is small but clean. NYC is so so hot now, no complimentary bottled water is a downer.”

“空调很吵 早餐有点差 马桶盖上有灰尘和头发 好在地理位置非常不错”
