Even when we made a mistake and had incorrectly booked our stay, they scrambled to help us get another room, even helping to move our bags. They went above and beyond to help us during a stressful and embarrassing situation. Our stay was 10/10 perfect and we can't recommend this hotel enough.”

“Honestly I have 0 complaints. I came here with my gf during quite season so got to enjoy a quite peaceful stay and had a lot of freedom around the hotel. The staff were absolutely lovely, helpful and polite. The food options were quite good on most days and the drinks at the bar from our all inclusive were excellent, we got as many drinks as we wanted whenever and bar staff did not complain one bit or seem bothered as well as the quality of the drinks did not drop. There was a lovely young lady……

“The room was very smaller than I anticipated, so double check the size with their website. The junior room is cramped for 2 people. If you get the bigger room it’s fine. Also, I would recommend the hotel to improve the entry door security (closing properly every time and secure passcode). The noise coming from the open air rock bar could barely be heard with windows closed and we were light sleepers. Other than that the staff very extraordinarily kind and welcoming at every interaction.……

“Ein wundervolles Hotel, das ich absolut weiterempfehlen kann! Besonders das sehr gute Frühstück war jeden Morgen ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Die Poolanlage lud wunderbar zum Relaxen ein und war der ideale Ort, um nach einem Stadtbummel zu entspannen. Trotz der zentralen Lage mitten in der Stadt ist das Hotel eine kleine Oase der Ruhe. Durch die wenigen Zimmer wirkt alles sehr persönlich, exklusiv und angenehm entspannt.”

“Lovely sea view room, we felt very welcomed and at home. Staff very nice and helpful. Lots of food choices. Used the pool which is nice to chill. Paid for a massage session on site which was good. Cocktails served at the hotel bar, and seating area to relax. Great location, as you can walk to the harbour where the boat tours to Symi and Lindos take off. You can walk to restaurants and convenient stores to grab water, snacks and beach bits, and into the old town. Local beach was great, nice……

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Acandia (and on the wonderful Island of Rhodes). The staff were very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. The hotel is modern and a pleasure to visit. The location is great, not only for the nearby tavernas and shops, but as a base for activity.
