“Hotel is fabulous. Finding it is another story. Due to construction in the Zurich airport none of the signs are correct. We spent 1 hr 20 minutes looking, asking, being sent the wrong place, ended up at the Hyatt and they called a cab to take us approximately 500 feet which were not walkable due to construction. A nightmare. The hotel could be sending an email to people registered telling them how to get there -- which is an outside walk, not inside the terminal as advertised and signage……

“Hotel is convenient and nice. However a few front desk staff not too patient and polite. A short distance walk from hotel to airport is not covered so it may cause little problem if it’s raining and you have big luggage. Else perfect.”

“Check in was easy and went smoothly. One complaint - Had a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door and the cleaning staff kept knocking on the door. What was the purpose of the sign!”

“Nice and convenient hotel with 5 mins walk from train station, room a bit old fashion but in good condition and clean. We stayed in suite room w river view it was nice , but train station just downstairs so a bit noise if anyone sensitive for noise need to be aware. Overall it is a nice hotel ”
