“Very friendly, both at check in and at breakfast. As I had a single room, it was lovely to be able to sit for a while in the gardens & residents lounge. Parking on site was a real bonus. The property is in a quiet street and only a 10 minute walk to the sea front”

“This is both an amazing location and an amazing hotel. Rob, the host, was a perfect one. He welcomed us, told us god places to eat etc and explained how the car park worked. The room was amazing. Clean, tidy and with the most amazing sea view. Coffee making facilities, toiletries and towels were pristine and the building was in superb condition. A really restful and comfortable stay If I had a single issue it was the car park. I found it stressful to leave a car in it blocking other cars in……

“The property is a slice of heaven with rolling hills divided into plush green fields divided by hedge rows. The quiet outdoors is only broken by singing birds and the local sheep and horses. The farmhouse is beautiful with Carolyn being the perfect hostess. Morning breakfast was wonderful and served with a smile. We loved it.”
