“Als wir ankamen bekamen wir gleich ein Upgrade. Es war ein sehr schönes, grosses Zimmer mit einem Panoramafenster. Das Zimmer verfügte sogar über eine Küche und ein grosses Bad. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.”

"Todo súper limpio, variedad en el desayuno, las habitaciones amplias y bonitas, las fotos no le hacen justicia, me encantó, un aspecto a destacar , tuve un tema con mi mochila , la olvidé por más de 10 horas en el baño de damas en el lobby y el hotel tuvo respuesta rápida con el sistema de cámaras y todo estaba en la mochila. Volveré sin dudar! "

"Estimados, Nos dirigimos a ustedes en nombre del Sr. Gabriel Ortega y su familia, quienes actualmente se hospedan en su establecimiento. Queremos expresar nuestra inconformidad con las condiciones del alojamiento asignado, las cuales no corresponden a lo ofrecido en la descripción ni cumplen con los estándares mínimos de confort y seguridad. El hotel fue seleccionado por la descripción que recibimos: ambiente cálido, moderno y acogedor. Sin embargo, al llegar, los huéspedes encontraron una entrada poco clara y compartida, corredores estrechos, grietas en paredes, ausencia de señalización y equipos visibles contra incendios. El espacio asignado no parece ser una habitación de hotel sino un apartamento adaptado, con un baño que además está fuera de servicio. Esta situación ha generado una gran decepción, considerando que es un viaje muy especial para ellos. Solicitamos, por favor, que se evalúe una mejora en la habitación o compensación correspondiente. Nuestro objetivo es siempre brindar experiencias seguras y satisfactorias, y por ello acudimos a ustedes esperando una solución. Quedamos atentos a su respuesta."
