N.26 claimed to have sent email with check-in instructions prior but I have not been able to locate said email. Plus if there was an issue they could have rang! very poor- take your money and run. They cancelled the booking on the day of our arrival meaning to ensure we would get no refund. Absolute fraudsters"

The children were able to play around the house because no cars could drive in the immediate vicinity due to the winter conditions.There was also the opportunity to go sledding right in front of the house. "Check in was easy. Very nice boutique style hotel. Staffs were friendly. The room was big and spacious with amazing view. The most cost effective and easy way to get to the hotel is bus even with large luggage. Head to bus stop once you get off the train. Catch the bus 601,605 or 606. All are about 5 min ride. From the bus stop it’s either 5 min or 2 min walk. The bus ride is covered by swiss pass and had enough safe for our 2 large luggage. "
