Die Design-Juniorsuite "Silberfichte" gefällt uns sehr gut. Der Wellnessbereich ist top und lässt keine Wüsche offen. Das Personal im ganzen Haus ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, insbesondere im Restaurant. Auch das Wochenprogramm das angeboten wird, finden wir super. Die Schneeschuhwanderung auf der Bieler Höhe war ein grandioses Erlebnis. Leider hatten wir auch 2 kleine Unannehmlichkeiten, die allerdings schnell behoben wurden.
