  • This newly renovated apartment is your ideal, cozy home away from home. It has been tastefully decorated with an oriental theme, featuring unique artifacts purchased directly from the Orient. Its incredibly spacious and bright rooms ensure you’ll enjoy every corner of the loft. All the furniture has been selected with your comfort in mind—

    It is equipped with all the household items you might need, such as a washing machine, coffee maker, oven, kettle, and a selection of pots and pans. The loft also features an incredible private terrace of over 100 m², where you can enjoy ocean views, relax on the sun loungers while soaking up the sun, or cook an exquisite meal on the large barbecue.

    Located in a central area, it’s just a few minutes’ drive from the beach and Tenerife’s main nightlife spots. At the same time, it’s situated in a quiet neighborhood where you won’t be disturbed by noise. The apartment is just a few meters away from a supermarket and a bistro with great breakfast options.

Everything was perfect, the location, the cleanliness and size of the apartment and the gardens were amazing. The host was great, instructions on entering the site were simple and very easy to use. He was very friendly on the one occasion we had to contact him, no issues, just needed advice on the incoming storm (Terrisa). He was straight round and adviced us.

Location de vacances parfaite emplacement/équipement ***

le propriétaire vous réserve un accueil très convivial et vous donne de bons conseils pour vous orienter dans les environs (genre faire vos courses là ou c'est bien ;) le logement est bien équipé et propre quand vous arrivez Il n'y pas la climatisation dans le logement mais est équipé de ventilateurs plafonniers qui font le job parfaitement pour un air frais doux et sain Gros plus: vous garez votre voiture à l'intérieur de la propriété qui est entièrement close c'est aussi pratique si vous venez avec votre chien. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit en étape ou en mode séjour car très bien localisé pour les départs en excursions. Accessoirement la piscine collective vous est accessible de 9h à 21h pour vous rafraîchir ou nager car assez grande.
