“Great layout”

“Overall was a great place to stay. The handrail going up the stairs was a little loose. And the stairs leading up to the house could use a hand rail for older guest. The place was very nice. A great neighborhood. Host was very nice and easy to get a hold of.”

“Property exactly as described. Host was extremely helpful, and quick to respond.”

“Nice cabin. Sleeps 4 people comfortable. Much past that, needs to be a small child able to climb into loft. Deck, grill, shade, perfect quite stay. Really enjoyed the cabin.”

“There was a heavy odor of cigarette smoke when we opened the door. Despite it being listed as no smoking. Had to go out and get air fresheners. Messaged the owner who never responded. Dirty dishes found in dishwasher which also smelled. Had to hand wash the dishes and silverware just to be on safe side. And dirty towels found hanging behind bathroom door. Backyard full of weeds and hadn’t been cut in a while. Have stayed at other VRBO properties, this one was the worst.”

“Need maintenance for backyard. No seating area”

“Had a wonderful time ”

“I liked the house but i wished the bathroom had two ways to enter. Just a little awkward place for a bathroom. in was very cozy.”

“Place was clean and convenient to go to Riverbend for a concert. We were traveling with friends and was very disappointed that there were no darts for the dart board and the basketball game was not working- the game room was part of the reason we booked this site.”

“Property was clean and more spacious than expected. Nice quiet location just down the road from restaurants and river. Host was quick to respond to questions.”

“The host, Ed, was friendly helpful, and hospitable. The location was convenient, and very comfortable. We will be back!”
