“The hotel was unresponsive. We didn’t receive any information up front, and upon arrival, the cleaning staff let us in. While she was very kind, we didn’t receive any of the information about the room (like where we could find the A/C remote, wifi password etc). ”

The hotel itself feels a bit dated, but it’s well looked after, especially in the common areas which are clean and nicely maintained. The layout is spread across several buildings, giving it a more relaxed, village like atmosphere rather than a single large structure. The main pool area is enjoyable and a good spot to unwind.
