“It’s a very good located hotel with self check in. Unfortunately, despite it was indicated it’s non-smoking, our studio was extremely stinky. We reported it right away and were told that they would bring air-freshener next day (though I don’t know how it’s possible to get rid of the cigarette smell with an air freshener when the smell is sitting in the textile of curtains, sofa etc).
Nobody showed up the next day. So our complaint was not resolved.

“Die Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen. Vor allem die Lage. Allgemein ist die Wohnung neu renoviert und gut ausgestattet.
